Day 55 - Natasha King Photography - Project 365

Today I had the great pleasure of doing a Maternity Photo session. There is something so magical about a pregnant woman. It is a very special thing to be able to create another life. With my issues of getting and staying pregnant I never take for granted what a gift it really is.

No you aren't seeing double... I really did shoot the image that way. Now on to the question of the day.

What is better than one chocolate cake for $3.99? Two chocolate cakes for $3.99!

Mmmmmmm cake. Shamefully, I will eat both of these cakes all.by.myself.

Day 53 - Natasha King Photography - Project 365

This my friends is what happens when your brain is firing on all cylinders. After being largely disappointed at the availability of airplanes for decorating Wildman's room I had to think outside the box. And this is what I came up with. Just needed some hooks, fishing line, and some toy airplanes from Toys 'R Us. He LOVES this thing. Unfortunately it does not have enough magic power to keep him in the bed like I hoped. That's an issue for another day...

Day 52 - Natasha King Photography - Project 365

So originally I took this image as half of another picture. But then I liked it as it was, so I kept it. This is a commentary on Motherhood. Elements that hint at Motherhood are the child proofing on the door handle, the child size chair, the monkey backpack, and of course the infamous baby monitor. It can be interpreted as running to or away from something. Take from it what you wish.

Day 51 - Natasha King Photography - Project 365

It's Monday. That means thesis photos! This is my latest addition. The power lines are meant to visually and metaphorically show the connection between technology and man. And to hint at the greater connectivity between us all.

Day 50 - Natasha King Photography - Project 365

Here it is, my first gray hair in all its' glory. I was innocently flat ironing my hair after washing it and was surprised to see it there. I guess this is the beginning of the end. I'm officially old.

Day 49 - Natasha King Photography - Project 365

So, my wonderful husband decided to surprise me with a bath in our new soaking tub. My bath was complete with candles, strawberries, and Ginger Ale (I was recovering from my stomach bug). While I was in there it was remarkably quiet, and for the life of me I couldn't figure out why. Then I came downstairs to this. Apparently all it takes is a video of Alicia Keys and he is stunned out of his mind.
